How to Delete Your Delulu Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Delulu account and all associated data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account permanently deactivates both your User profile and your Listener profile (if you have one). Any remaining wallet balance or Listener earnings are forfeited at the time of deletion.
You can request deletion in two ways: inside the app (recommended) or by email if you can no longer access the app.
Method 1 — Delete Inside the App (Recommended)
- Open the Delulu app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Logout — a bottom sheet slides up.
- In that bottom sheet, tap Delete Account (at the bottom).
- Read the confirmation message, then tap Yes to permanently delete your account.
Note: You cannot delete your account while a call is in progress. End the call first, then try again.
Once confirmed, you are signed out immediately and returned to the login screen.
Method 2 — Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process your request:
- Send an email to support@deluluapp.in.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the registered phone number on your Delulu account.
We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 1-2 days of the request.
What Gets Deleted
- Both your User profile and your Listener profile (if you have one) are permanently deactivated and removed from the app.
- Your account is marked as deleted and can no longer be used to sign in or be discovered by other users.
- Your account status is set to offline and you are signed out on all devices.
- Your wallet is cleared — all balances are set to zero, including:
- Recharged balance
- Bonus balance
- Extra recharge bonus
- Listener earnings / revenue
This action cannot be undone. Any remaining wallet balance or Listener earnings are forfeited at the time of deletion.
Data We May Retain
Some information may be retained after account deletion where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example, transaction and payout records). Retained data is kept only for as long as required by law and is not used to provide the service to you.
Processing Time
- In-app deletion: Immediate
- Email requests: Within 1-2 days of the request
Prefer to Keep Your Account? Log Out Instead
If you only want to take a break, log out instead of deleting:
- Go to Profile → Settings → Logout, then tap Logout in the bottom sheet (the top option).
Logging out signs you out and takes you offline without erasing your account. You can sign back in later and your account, profile, and wallet remain intact.
