How to Delete Your Delulu Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Delulu account and all associated data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account removes all your data, including both User and Host profiles (if you have both). Your wallet balance will be forfeited and is non-refundable unless you qualify under our refund policy.
Method 1 — Delete Inside the App (Recommended)
- Open the Delulu app and log in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Policies & Settings (or Settings).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted: "Are you sure you want to Delete Your account?"
- You will be logged out and your account will be permanently deleted.
Note: You cannot delete your account while a call is in progress. End any active call first before proceeding.
Method 2 — Delete via Email
If you cannot access the app or are unable to log in:
- Send an email to xmatezsolutionpvtlimited390@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Delete Account.
- Include the following in your email:
- Your registered phone number or email address
- Your full name as registered
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- We will verify your identity and confirm deletion via email.
What Gets Deleted

What Is Retained
Certain records may be kept for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes as permitted by Indian law, even after your account is deleted. This is limited to information required to meet our statutory obligations and will not be used to contact you for marketing purposes.
Processing Time
- In-app deletion: Immediate
- Email requests: Within 7 business days of verification
